ACE Mobile Alerts are text messages sent to mobile devices via Short Message Service (SMS). Users must be opted-in to receive promotional and/or transactional text messages.

There is no charge for ACE Mobile Alerts. However, message and data rates may apply. Check your cell phone carrier for text message details on your plan.
If you are an online loan customer, you will be given the option to receive text messages from ACE Cash Express when you fill out the online loan application.
If you are a store customer, you may be given the option to receive text messages from ACE Cash Express when you apply for a loan at an ACE Cash Express location. If you opt-in to ACE Mobile Alerts in the store, we will send you a text message to confirm your opt-in for transactional messages. You will be asked to reply “Y” to confirm or “STOP” to cancel.
You must provide a valid email address in order to opt-in to marketing text messages. An email will be sent to you for you to e-sign an electronic disclosure to complete the sign-up process.
Customers who opt-in may receive up to 6 messages per month; frequency of text messages will vary based on the number of transactions you conduct and the type of services you use.
