There is no charge for ACE’s Mobile Alerts. However, message and data rates may apply. Check your cell phone carrier for text message details on your plan. Customers will receive 6 messages per month.
Are there any additional carrier charges associated with the service?
Standard message rates apply to all text messages. Message rates differ from carrier to carrier, so please contact your wireless phone service provider for more information about your plan.
How do I opt-in to for ACE Mobile Alerts?
You can receive promotional information from ACE’s Mobile Alerts program when you initiate the text message by texting "ACEJOIN" to 69223 (MYACE).
How do I discontinue receiving ACE SMS messages?
Once you have subscribed to ACE Mobile Alerts, to discontinue receiving SMS messages from ACE, you will simply text "ACESTOP" to 69223 (MYACE) and you will be removed from the list.
