ACE Mobile Alerts are text messages sent to mobile devices via Short Message Service (SMS). Users must be opted-in to receive promotional and/or transactional text messages.
Compatible cell phone carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile ®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, U.S. Cellular, Cellular One, MetroPCS, ACS/Alaska, Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central Illinois, Centennial Wireless, Cox Communications, EKN/Appalachian Wireless, GCI, Illinois Valley Cellular, Immix/Keystone Wireless, Inland Cellular, Nex-Tech Wireless, Rural Cellular Corporation, Thumb Cellular, United Wireless, West Central (WCC), Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Cincinnati Bell and Virgin Mobile.
There is no charge for ACE Mobile Alerts. However, message and data rates may apply. Check your cell phone carrier for text message details on your plan.
If you are an online customer, you will be given the option to receive text messages from ACE Cash Express when you fill out the online application. If you opt-in to ACE Mobile Alerts, we will send you an email to complete your registration. Our email will direct you to sign our agreements to receive marketing text messages.
If you are a store customer, you will be given the option to receive text messages from ACE Cash Express when you apply for a loan at an ACE Cash Express location. If you opt-in to ACE Mobile Alerts, we will send you a text message to confirm your opt-in. You will be asked to reply “Y” to confirm or “STOP” to cancel. If you have previously opted-in to receive text messages from us, you will receive an email to complete your registration. Our email will direct you to sign our agreements to receive marketing text messages.
Both online and store customers may receive up to 15 messages per month; frequency of text messages will vary based on the number of transactions you conduct and the type of services you use.
