What are ACE Mobile Alerts?

ACE Mobile Alerts are text messages sent to mobile devices via Short Message Service (SMS). Users must be opted-in to receive promotional and/or transactional text messages.

What carriers are compatible with the ACE Mobile Alerts service?

Compatible cell phone carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile ®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, U.S. Cellular, Cellular One, MetroPCS, ACS/Alaska, Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central Illinois, Centennial Wireless, Cox Communications, EKN/Appalachian Wireless, GCI, Illinois Valley Cellular, Immix/Keystone Wireless, Inland Cellular, Nex-Tech Wireless, Rural Cellular Corporation, Thumb Cellular, United Wireless, West Central (WCC), Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Cincinnati Bell and Virgin Mobile.

What is the cost for the ACE Mobile Alerts service?

There is no charge for ACE Mobile Alerts. However, message and data rates may apply. Check your cell phone carrier for text message details on your plan.

How do I opt-in to ACE Mobile Alerts?

There are several ways to opt-in to ACE Mobile Alerts:

  1. You can initiate an opt-in while completing an ACE online loan application.
  2. You can initiate an opt-in while completing a transaction in an ACE Cash Express location.
  3. You can initiate an opt-in by texting ACEJOIN to 69223.

In all cases, you will be required to confirm your opt-in by replying to an ACE text message that will be sent to the phone number you provided.

You may receive up to 15 messages per month; frequency of text messages will vary based upon how many transactions you conduct and which services you use.

How do I stop receiving ACE Mobile Alerts?

To opt-out of receiving text messages from ACE Cash Express, text STOP to 69223.
