There’s only space for one tax preparer pop-up per ACE store location. And you receive our best rate when you reserve your spot before December 1, so sign up early and save!

  • $1,000 per store lobby (before 12-1-24) – save $1,500 off the regular rate!

  • $1,500 per store lobby (December 2024) – save $1,000 off the regular rate!

  • $2,500 per store lobby (after 1-1-25) – regular rate

You must register for the Referral Program before you can request lobby space for your pop-up shop. Tax Program Members provide their clients with a unique referral code that the client can use when they visit an ACE Cash Express location. When your referred client cashes a tax refund check or debit card at ACE using your code, you will earn a percentage commission from ACE’s fee.

No! ACE only allows one tax preparer per lobby, so you won’t have to share space. But act now, before all of our lobbies are filled.

You will be responsible for providing and maintaining your own equipment and furniture.

You must be in the designated workspace during your advertised tax service office hours, which must be during regular store hours. You are only allowed in your area; the teller area is off limits. Additional terms and conditions as outlined in the contract will apply.

Although you can set your own hours, we hope you make the most of this valuable opportunity to attract clients and make money. Therefore, we encourage you to work as many hours as possible.
