ACE Cash Express Supports Mission to Change the Lives of Children Facing Adversity
In a recent fundraiser, ACE stores in Florida raised and donated $40,044 to Big Brothers Big Sisters.
The Give A Little Campaign is a national in-store fundraiser that supports charities chosen by ACE employees. Employees in Florida chose to support Big Brothers Big Sisters because of its mission to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.
"Our customers and employees are extremely passionate about giving back to the community, especially to organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters," said Eric Norrington, Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at ACE. "We extend our greatest appreciation to everyone who participated in our campaign."
Nationally, the 2015 Give A Little Campaign is providing more than $447,000 to charities across the country, including: AdoptAClassroom.org, Autism Speaks, Back on My Feet, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, National Down Syndrome Society, Providence House and Stars Scholarship Fund.
"All of the ACE employees are ultimately helping match children with caring adult mentors across the United States. We are grateful for their passion and contributions to further our mission," said Pam Iorio, President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
