ACE Cash Express Supports Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio with $7,711 Donation

For the sixth consecutive year, ACE employees chose their local chapters of the Boys & Girls Clubs to be one of the recipients of funds raised during the Give A Little Campaign. This year, thanks to the generosity of ACE’s customers and employees, ACE was able to donate a total of $7,711 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio and Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Mexico.

“Our employees and customers continue their dedication supporting local organizations while making a difference in their neighborhoods, like the Boys & Girls Clubs,” said Eric Norrington, Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at ACE. “We’re proud to play a role in supporting young people in the communities where we have stores.”

The Give A Little Campaign is a national fundraiser that allows ACE employees to choose the benefiting organizations. Nationally, the 2018 Give A Little Campaign provided more than $211,600 to charities across the country including: AdoptAClassroom.org, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, Autism Speaks, Back on My Feet, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Clubs and Save the Children.

“ACE Cash Express has been such a committed and longstanding supporter of the youth of San Antonio through their fundraising efforts,” said Renee Garvens, Chief Development Officer, Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio. “Our Club Members thrive with programs focused on academic success, healthy lifestyles, good character and citizenship. We are grateful to all ACE Cash Express employees for believing in our Club Members.”

The Give A Little Campaign is a part of ACE’s charitable-giving program, which supports organizations that help children, provide education and promote financial literacy. Since its inception in 2004, the ACE Community Fund has donated more than $12 million to charitable organizations in the communities that ACE serves.
